We provide the services exactly as described. All work is carried out with professional care, skill, and in accordance with agreed timelines.

2. Payment

Full or agreed deposit payment is required before work begins. Final payment is due upon completion and delivery.

3. Delivery & Haulage

We deliver materials and goods to the agreed location. Delivery dates are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather or third-party issues.

4. Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the contract. We are not liable for indirect losses or damages caused by misuse of supplied materials.

5. Cancellation & Refund

Cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits are non-refundable after work has started.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
